• Give accurate details, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Accounts and plans may not be shared, resold or transferred.
• If you are under 18, use ConceptClear with a parent or guardian, who should make any purchase.

• Free content is available without a plan. A paid plan unlocks all lessons and tests for its period.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Auto-renew plans are charged again at the end of each period until cancelled. Pay-once plans end at the end of the period with no further charge.
• Buying again while a plan is active adds the new period to the time you already have.
• Payments are non-refundable except as set out in our Cancellation & refunds policy.

Lessons, questions, explanations, tests and other material on ConceptClear belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, publish, sell, scrape or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing service.

We work to keep content accurate and aligned to current exam patterns, but exam syllabi and patterns change and mistakes can happen. ConceptClear is a study aid: always check official notifications from the examining body. If you find an error, please tell us.

Do not misuse the service — for example by:

• trying to access other people's accounts or our systems without permission;
• interfering with tests, scores, payments or referral rewards, or creating accounts to game referrals;
• uploading anything unlawful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Referral rewards obtained by abuse are not paid.

You earn a reward when someone who signed up with your code makes a successful payment. Rewards are paid manually to the UPI ID or bank account you provide; we may ask you to confirm your details before paying. We may change or end the referral programme, but rewards already earned will be honoured.

We aim to keep ConceptClear available and working, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: conceptclear99@gmail.com.
